We are asked regularly why we do not sign more people. The honest answer is that we do not think we could do it well.

What management actually requires

Knowing a creator's business well enough to negotiate for it means knowing their numbers, their capacity, their ambitions and what they are prepared to turn down. That does not scale past a certain point without the service quietly becoming something else.

What this means for brands

When we put a creator forward, someone on this team knows why. That is the whole proposition.
