Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an accessible website, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Last updated 12 September 2026

We want this site to be usable by everyone, and we treat accessibility as part of building it rather than as a later correction.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a correct heading hierarchy on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation, the mobile menu and every form.
  • Visible focus indicators throughout.
  • Alt text on meaningful images, managed through the CMS.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and interactive elements.
  • Full support for prefers-reduced-motion — the site intro is skipped, parallax and WebGL are disabled, and scroll animations are neutralised while all content remains available.
  • Status messages and form results announced to screen readers.

Known limitations

Some older case-study and talent imagery may be missing alt text while it is being added through the CMS. We are working through it.
